 Photoshop Tutorial #1 12.16.2012 at 5:59 PM Hi, hi! This is my first post bout Photoshop tutorial~! Serenity Dreamer is asking me how to make this effect [link]. It's simple! Just three steps! First, open your image file. Make sure it's PNG format.  Then, right click on image in layer panel, click Blending Options. Click on Stroke then change the colors into white and size 4.  Last, click on Drop Shadow. In this one, I change the color with #965a42 but you can use whatever you want. Change the distance to 9, spread to 100 and size to 0. I set the angle to 15. Then OK!
