Someone asking me how I type Japanese on my art... So I think I'll share this step so you can simply type Japanese without using application or Google Translate
![]() First, we'll set the computer so it's can type in Japanese. (just LEFT CLICK to see larger image since right click was always disabled on my site) Step 1: Go to Control Panel ➜ On Clock, Language, and Region section, choose Change keyboards or other input methods. Step 2: In "Keyboard and other input languages" section, click on Change keyboards... button. Then click Add button. Step 3: Okay then, search for Japanese (Japan) language option and maximaze (the "+" button) all on it. Then on thick the box on Microsoft IME and Ink Correction. Click OK if you're done. Okaaay! We're finish set up the computer so it's now can type in Japanese. Now, time to set Japanese language when you're typing. Step 1: Open application you're about to type in Japanese (ex. Notepad, Chrome, Firefox, Photoshop, etc.) Then click your language setting on taskbar (It could appeared in EN or anything depends on what default language you choose when first istalling). Choose Japanese. Step 2: It's now has three button. Click on "A" icon. There would be some option like on image above. ![]() ![]() That's it! Can you post the links to all the things on your desktop? Like the recycle bin icon and the Windows Style used to get those pink buttons?
Whoaaa~ You even changed the icons with your system! That's cool!! I didn't know that's possible.. X) haha.. ♥
Oh and quick question..
What IF some of us don't know how where the letters of hiragana/katakana exactly on the keyboard, how did you know where the letters would be? ;D
I checked on On-Screen Keyboard, it only shows the English letters.. ;<
