Synopsis :
Nura Rikuo adalah anak yang memiliki dua sisi, sisi manusia serta sisi
youkai. Nurarihyon, kakek dari Rikio yang juga pemimpin klan Nura
menginginkan Rikuo menjadi penerusnya . Tetapi untuk menjadi pemimpin

Nura: Rise of The Yokai Clan
Rikuo Nura is part human and a quarter yōkai
(demon). Rikuo is able to turn into his yokai form only after the
sunsets when the moon is out, he turns back into his human self when
the sun rises. This happens because he is only a quarter yokai. He
lives in a house full of spirits along with his yōkai grandfather.
Trying to escape his fate of acting like a yōkai, he does good deeds in order to avoid becoming one, despite his grandfather's wish to succeed him as master of the Nura yōkai
clan. Rikuo is a different yokai because he helps humans. He eventually
comes to terms with his demon blood and decides to take up the position
of Young head of the Nura house. Multiple factions aim to stop him or
overtake his position, and he must gather friends and allies, a new Hyakki Yakō under his banner of "Fear".
Terminology :
Sakazuki(杯事) is the term used for a pledge of loyalty made over an exchange of wine or sake.
This pledge is taken very seriously, and is akin to a blood pledge,
linking fellow yōkai of different families. A 50-50 portion division
gives equal footing to both parties, and is considered a sakazuki of
sworn brothers. A 70-30 portion division is a pledge of fealty between
a boss and his subordinates, and requires a great amount of trust on
the part of both parties.
Ikigimo is a term for when a person's liver is taken out
while they are still alive. Many yōkai in Nurarihyon's time believed
that by ingesting the life force (i.e. liver) of infants,
priests/priestesses and imperial princesses, their strength would
increase.
Osore(畏,lit. "Fear")
is the term that denotes the unique skills and traits of each yōkai. It
refers to the "Fear" of the unknown, an emotional reaction produced
when the yōkai represent themselves as "monsters". It is especially
important for leaders who wish to draw together gangs of yōkai. There
are different types of "Fear" depending on the species of yōkai, such
as water or ice. It also plays an important role in battles between
yōkai, in which they must "scare one another".
Hatsu(鬼發,lit. "Manifestation")
is the first stage of activating "Fear", and is simply an attempt to
scare an opponent by exerting a frightening aura. Those affected by
"Manifestation" will experience an overwhelming sense of intimidation,
and depending on their opponent's skills, may hallucinate. This aura
produces a palpable wall of pressure in the atmosphere, and cutting
through this tension to reach the enemy is an important part of yōkai
combat.
Hyōi(鬼憑,lit. "Haunting")
is the second stage of activating "Fear" used in yōkai battles. It is
the process by which a yōkai materializes their "Fear" into an attack
that can harm their enemy by severing their "Manifestation". Yōkai can
produce a variety of attacks and techniques based on their type of
"Fear".
Matoi is a special technique allowing the leader of the
Hyakki Yakō to strengthen their "fear". This technique was created by
the Second Head of the Nura Clan, Rihan Nura, and will only work for a
leader who is part human. The explanation for this requirement is that
the leader must have a 'human heart' to be able to empathize or
'understand' his subordinates, in order to invoke Matoi. The
technique works by 'layering' or 'covering' the leader in his
subordinate's fear, which augments and strengthens his own power. The
leader literally 'wears' his subordinate, which also gives him access
to his subordinate's unique abilities (when Rikuo used Matoi with
Tsurara, his attacks gained the ability to freeze his targets). When
Matoi is invoked with a subordinate for the first time, a tattoo-like
marking appears on the leaders body, symbolizing the pact they have mad

Kobato.(こばと。)
is a manga
series by Clamp which premiered in Monthly Sunday Gene-X in January 2005. Seven
chapters were released under the title of Kobato. (Kari)(こばと。(仮),Kobato. ("Temporary title")),
but the series was put on hiatus in late 2005. It returned to
publication in Newtype magazine's November 2007
Japanese edition; the story has subsequently been restarted at an
earlier point in the original timeline. The story features a mysterious
young girl, Kobato Hanato, who works in a local kindergarten.
The first volume of the manga was released by Kadokawa Shoten on
December 26, 2007.

Story ❤
Kobato is a sweet, perky, cute girl but also extremely naive about
the world around her. She has a "mission" to fill her mysterious bottle
with people's hearts she heals so her wish to go a certain place can be
granted. However, the restriction is that she is not allowed to fall in
love with any person whose heart she heals. As Kobato attempts to
fulfill her mission, she is accompanied by Ioryogi, a spirit in the form
of a dog plushie. Because Ioryogi is responsible for a punishment that
has been applied to him and his friends from the spiritual world, he
must guide Kobato and ensure that she succeeds her mission so he and his
friends might return to their true form.
A strange and naive girl with a kind heart, never wanting to see
someone suffer or get hurt. She is very innocent and dedicated. It is
also noted that she is a beautiful singer. Despite her role as the
titular character, she is a bit of an enigma within the series, as her
origins have yet to be explained. She seeks to heal the hearts of
others, resulting in the filling up of a mysterious bottle called a
"flask" with the suffering of those people's hearts so that someday she
will be able to go to a certain place that she really wants to go. It
has been implied that she came from another dimension. She seems to have
no memories of her past.
She has several restrictions: it appears to be that she cannot fall
in love with anyone she heals the heart of and she cannot tell anyone of
her wish. Curiously she is not allowed to take off her hat in public;
in the anime, due to the fact that she has a spiritual crown upon her
head which represents her death (no reason has yet been given in the
manga). Kobato has a very cheerful and enthusiastic outlook in life and
her wanting to aid others in need is very heartfelt and sincere.
However, she can also be clumsy, rather clueless, and rash with her
actions, and often trips over her own feet, much to Ioryogi's annoyance.
Currently she works as an assistant alongside Fujimoto at the Yomogi
Nursery run by Sayaka. Kobato struggles through the series with her
feelings for Fujimoto and comes to realizes that she is in love with
him. Unfortunately, Kobato is forced to pick between two options -
complete her wish and never be with Fujimoto or stay with Fujimoto,
keeping Ioryogi and the others trapped in animal form.
At the conclusion of the anime, it is revealed that Kobato's hat
conceals a crown-shaped mark above her head indicating that she is dead,
but is in a liminal state where she is not alive either. When she
finally fulfils her task to fill the flask, she is reborn without any
memories of her past life until she meets Fujimoto again several years
later.
In the manga, it is revealed that Kobato had died due to the war
caused by Ioryogi and the gods. The angel Ioryogi fell in love with and
felt pity for the girl who died before her time was up and transferred
her soul into Kobato, being able to since they both have the same soul
but belong to different worlds. The time limit Kobato has is the time
before the angel disappears.
Kobato's companion, who appears as a stuffed toy dog that she
carries around. He's actually very foul-mouthed, short-tempered, and
cruel, his features twisting horrifically when aggravated or enraged. He
tends to scathingly criticize or hit Kobato for her naïveté and
stupidity and often calls her "Dobato" (lit. Stupid Dove). Despite the
lack of respect he shows Kobato, he will always acknowledge her efforts
when he feels she deserves it, and seems to be set on helping Kobato
achieve her goal. He is harsh to her and scolds her constantly but is
seen to really care for her and comforts her in his own way when she is
down, such as patting her head to encourage her. His real name is
"Iorogi," but has forced to respond to Ioryogi only because Kobato has
been unable to pronounce his name correctly. Ioryogi was originally Tsubaki
Nekoi's mascot, Iorogi, on Clamp's self caricatures.
His origin is still unknown (in the anime he comes from the Spirit
Realm), but he can produce a powerful fiery blast from his mouth when
offended, like when he protected Kobato from the perverted old man in an
early chapter of Kobato, though he also often uses it on Kobato
whenever she messes up. It has been heavily implied that his stuffed
animal appearance is not his true form. Ioryogi's true form has yet to
be revealed but several 'shadows' of his original form have been seen.
One being that of a sinister, large, wolf like creature with horns,
which manifested during one of Ioryogi's sparring matches with Ginsei.
Another form appears to be a man with spiky hair and a long, battered
looking cape or coat, manifesting when he watched over a sleeping
Kobato. It is implied that Ioryogi's current form is a 'punishment' from
causing some sort of serious trouble back in 'Heaven'. In the anime,
it's mentioned that his punishment was for attempting to start a war
with Heaven. The exact reason is still not clear but Ioryogi started the
war for love. Being from the other world royal family, he was rude and
careless and skipped an important meeting where the three worlds were
meeting. He met an angel sitting in a tree and helped her out when she
fell. In return, she sang for him a song so sweet, he instantly fell in
love. The manga has revealed that Kobato and Ioryogi's angel share the
same soul because they are the same person belonging to two different
worlds. When Kobato died, Ioryogi's angel used her power to bring her
back to life. However, as a result, the angel will not be able to
reincarnate. Ioryogi begged God to help him bring back his angel and
came to an agreement: if "Kobato" is able to fill her flask with wounded
hearts, then Kobato and the angel can live. If not, he would lose them
both forever.
A blunt, sarcastic young man working at the same kindergarten as
Kobato. He is also Kobato's neighbor, living in the same complex under
the ownership of Chitose. He has known Sayaka for many years and appears
to care deeply for her, showing much concern over and being defensive
of her. Upon first meeting Kobato, he is rather unkind and cold to her
but eventually comes to accept her. He often shuts Kobato down but he
also comes to respect her dedication and optimistic attitude. Kobato
notes that he appears to be hiding some emotional pain of his own. In
the conclusion of the anime series, when Kobato regains her memories of
him years later, Fujimoto remarks, "You've kept me waiting so many
years," after which he embraces Kobato.
As a child, Fujimoto was an orphan taken in by Sayaka's father and
did not get along with his peers. He had been studying to become a
lawyer, but stopped going to his college classes when it became apparent
Sayaka's need for help had become increasingly desperate. He works at
various part-time jobs throughout the day in order to help support the
kindergarten, as he is attached to Sayaka and feels indebted to her
family for taking care of him in his youth.
The teacher and principal of Yomogi Nursery, a local kindergarten
where Kobato works. She has known Kiyokazu since he was seven, which is
when her family adopted him. She also went to the same high school as
Chitose. She is a kind and trusting person, willing to let Kobato assist
her at the school even with Fujimoto's obvious mistrust of her. Upon
meeting Sayaka, Kobato wishes to heal the apparent emotional pain in her
heart. Sayaka is in debt due to an event in the past involving her
father; in spite of this she continues to try her best at keeping the
school going. Sayaka was once married to Okiura, the debt collector who
frequently pesters her to close down the school. Despite having already
divorced him, she has yet to change back her last name for unknown
reasons.
The kind and generous landlady of Kobato's apartment and Sayaka's
old classmate. She is married and has twin daughters, Chise and Chiho.
Fujimoto also lives in Chitose's apartment complex. She is a cross-over
character from Chobits but not the same person, as the
dimensional theorem of xxxHOLiC.
Chiho Mihara(三原 千帆,Mihara Chiho)
and Chise Mihara(三原 千世,Mihara Chise)
Mihara Chitose's twin daughters, presumably age 11-12. Like their
mother, they are crossover characters from Chobits,
known in that series as Freya and Chī/Elda. In Kobato, they are
normal girls and live with their mother and father. Like many children
in the series, they are apparently very fond of Kobato. In the anime,
while the two had helped Kobato find an owner for an abandoned kitten,
the two had begun to remember how lonely they were. Kobato sings a song
to cheer them up, and their hearts are healed.
A debt collector who appears at the end of the fifth chapter, a man
who has some association with Yakuza. He
is noted in the series for smiling a lot and smoking. Okiura appears to
be responsible for the constant impending closure of Sayaka's
kindergarten and is also Sayaka's ex-husband. He seems to enjoy
pestering and aggravating Fujimoto, the latter whom despises him for
hurting Sayaka in the past. He seems to have developed an interest in
Kobato following his first meeting with her. Despite his cheerful and
collected nature, he has shown hints of a slightly more sinister side,
possibly due to his Yakuza background. Okiura seems to show what may or
may not be some genuine concern for Sayaka, despite his continuous
threats to close down the school. His given name has yet to be revealed
in the manga, though is given as "Kazuto" in an article pertaining to
the Kobato anime.
A mysterious creature who wears an eyepatch whom shares a history
with Ioryogi, though he now appears to be on poor terms with him, and
often challenges him to fights. Ginsei also has frequently stated that
Ioryogi's current form is not his true form and also seems to be aware
of Kobato's mission. He does not think highly of Kobato or Ioryogi's
relationship with Kobato. It is implied that he wants Ioryogi to return
to 'Heaven' for unknown reasons, as it was Ioryogi who took Ginsei in
and trained him. In fact, it has been mentioned that Ioryogi was the one
who gave Ginsei his name. Ginsei's appearance, like Ioryogi's, is
implied to not be his actual form as when he stands atop a building
overlooking Ioryogi and Kobato's apartment, his shadow is that of a
young man with short hair. He is from the other world.
Ioryogi's acquaintance. A bear that runs a baumkuchen
(European cake) shop in the middle of the woods in another dimension.
One has to walk through the narrow space between the wall and a specific
street light pole in order to have access to that dimension. Like
Ioryogi, his current name, form and job are not his real ones. By
Ioryogi's request, Genko will use his information-gathering skills to
find out the whereabouts of Yomogi Nursery School and its employees.
Ginsei reveals that Genko is an aristocrat from the other world.
A friend of Fujimoto, a polite young man. He has been friends with
Fujimoto since middle school and has been concerned that Fujimoto has
dropped out of college in order to help Yomogi Kindergarten.
Hiroyasu Ueda(植田 弘康,Ueda Hiroyasu)
A kindhearted baker and owner of the Tirol Confectionery (also known
as the Chiroru Bakery). He gives Kobato a job at Christmas and gives
Sayaka free chocolate on Valentine's Day when he notices how fixated she
seems on the box of chocolate she is holding. He makes several short
appearances in the Newtype installment of the manga. He and his
assistant, Yumi Ōmura(大村 裕美,Ōmura Yumi),
are both crossover characters from Chobits
堀 镡 (Horitsuba?), short for 私立 堀 镡 学園 (Shiritsu Horitsuba Gakuen?), Horitsuba Private High School, it's a series of Drama CDs released in the annex of the Shonen Magazine and Young Magazine since 2006.
Before having an Anime version, some mangas have
"Drama CDs". In these, they might tell the story of the manga itself or
secondary/independent stories. In Tsubasa ~RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE's case, it's different since there is no drama of the manga itself, but of the Horitsuba Gakuen (Horitsuba Private Institute), a sort of alternate universe to
both Tsubasa ~RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE~ and xxxHOLiC (hence the name:
Horitsuba, formed by parts of the phonetics of the series' names,
HORIkku and TSUBAsa), where the characters of both series appear in the
quiet and peaceful Horitsuba Private Institute.
Horitsuba, up until the moment, includes four Drama CDs, a little
omake appeared in the "Internet Radio Magazine" three omakes in a
special number of Shounen Magazine (Magazine SPECIAL). With an original
script by Ageha Ohkawa, the CDs were sold only with the Shônen Magazine
or the Young Magazine (they cannot be found on stores). The seiyuus are
the same (since there already were anime of both series), but the music
is totally independent to its animes.
The Horitsuba Gakuen saga narrates an independent story compared
to TRC and Holic. Situated in a private campus like the "CLAMP Campus"
where there was study centers for all ages (from preschool through
college), and even leisure and services. Among the thousand students
it's housing, we find Syaoran (an exchange student), Sakura, Watanuki,
Domeki, Himawari and both Mokonas.
The teachers are Fye, as a chemistry teacher, Kurogane as a gym teacher, and Yuko as a literature teacher (also the director).
Tsubasa Tokyo Revelation adalah OVA dari
anime Tsubasa Chronicle. OVA ini rilis pada november 2007 sampai maret
2008 yang berjumlah 3 episode. Jadi, mungkin ini masih bisa dibilang
baru sih… OVA ini diproduksi oleh Production I.G. dengan durasi kurang
lebih 25 menit setiap episode, dengan judul; Majutsushi no Dengon,
Shounen no Migime, Hime-gimi no Mita Yume. Cerita OVA-nya dimulai dari
kedatangan mereka ke Tokyo arc. setelah kabur dari Record
country, walaupun ceritanya agak dirubah sedikit (mitai da ne…) Karena
OVA adalah video animasi yang tidak ditayangkan dilayar kaca or layar
lebar, jadi aku juga nonton via youtube

Syaoran-tachi tiba ke Tokyo arc. dengan Sakura yang sedang tertidur pulas. Tokyo arc.
adalah negara yang hancur karena bencana hujan asam yang menghujani
negara ini. Begitu Syaoran-tachi datang disana, hujan asam pun turun
menghujani mereka. Mereka terpaksa berlindung dan mencari tempat yang
aman dari hujan asam tersebut. Akhirnya mereka menemukan gedung besar
yang tidak terkena destructive dari hujan asam tersebut…
Mokona merasakan kehadiran gelombang sayap Sakura dibawah gedung
tersebut dan akhirnya, Syaoran bukan hanya berteduh sebentar dipinggur
bangunan itu, akan tetapi berniat untuk menyelidiki gedung itu lebih
lanjut.
Begitu Syaoran masuk kedalam bangunan
tersebut, tiba-tiba dia diserang gerombolan berjubah hitam yang
kelihatannya pemilik bangunan ini. Syaoran dituduh sebagai ‘pencuri’.
Dengan kekacauan itu, Syaoran terpaksa bersusah-susah menghindar, but unfortunately, kaki Syaoran terluka akibat tembakan panah mereka. Yang menembak Syaoran adalah Kamui, pemimpin grup tersebut (crossover with X anime).
Dengan bantuan Kurogane, Syaoran berhasil diselamatkan dan grup Kamui
mengizinkan Syaoran-tachi menginap disana karena mengetahui tujuan
Syaoran yang sebenarnya.
Karena merasa berhutang budi, Syaoran
dan Fay membantu mereka untuk membunuh mutan. Mutan adalah hewan hasil
experimen yang beracun, tapi karena keterbatasan air dan makanan yang
ada disana, mereka memanfaatkan Mutan tersebut menjadi makanan
sehari-hari. Ditengah-tengah pemusnahan Mutan, Kamui bertemu dengan
Fuuma (crossover with X anime), satu-satunya lelaki yang bisa
bertarung dengan Kamui. Terjadi sedikit pertarungan disana, tapi
dihentikan Kamui dan berbalik ingin menembaki kepala Syaoran dengan
panah karena Syaoran ketahuan ingin memasuki bawah tanah bangunan
tersebut. Disana ada persediaan air yang menyelamatkan seluruh anggota
grup Kamui. Dengan penjelasan Fay dan Mokona, Kamui pun tidak terlalu
menanggapi persoalan tersebut dan gantinya mengajak mereka semua
pulang..
DI tempat penginapan, Kurogane yang
menjaga Sakura menyadari kalau Sakura tidak bernafas. Seorang anggota
Kamui mengatakan bahwa Sakura yang berada dengan Kurogane bukanlah
Sakura yang asli. Sakura yang asli berada dibawah bangunan yang sedang
mereka tempati sekarang ini. Syaoran pun memasuki ruang bawah tanah dan
menemui Kamui disana. Kamui marah karena Syaoran menceburkan diri
kedalam air dan bertarung didalam air. Disanalah terdapat Sakura yang
asli yang sedang tertidur. Sakura yang tertidur dibangunkan oleh Subaru
(crossover with X anime), dan didalam tidurnya, Sakura mendapatkan sehelai bulu sayapnya.
Well, itu belumlah puncak klimaks dari
anime ini. Di dunia yang terdapat Fei Wong Reed, Syaoran asli terbangun
dan keluar dari tabung clone-nya. Xing Huo menawarkan bantuan agar the Real Syaoran pergi menemui Yuuko Ichihara untuk meminta bantuan. The Real Syaoran meminta agar ia pergi ketempat dimana mata kanannya berada, dan akhirnya The Real Syaoran sampai ke Tokyo arc. Sementara itu, mata kanan the Clone Syaoran menghilang dan berubah menjadi lingkaran yin-yan. Fay yang ikut menceburkan diri pun mencegah hal tersebut, but… sihir Fay tidak membuahkan hasil. The Clone Syaoran pun menjadi manusia yang tidak berkeprimanusian…

Cerita OVA ini sedikit berbeda dengan anime-nya… cerita Tsubasa Tokyo
Revelation sudah menjadi sangat serius dan telah berkembang jauh…
Mungkin, ceritanya sudah dicampur adukkan dengan cerita manganya
sendiri. Entah mengapa, artwork OVA ini menggambarkan Sakura
dan Syaoran menjadi lebih dewasa. Di OVA ini juga sering memunculkan
adegan berdarah, walaupun itu adalah point terbaik untuk kekompleksan
ceritanya. Pada Tsubasa Tokyo Revelation, misteri ‘siapakah the Real Syaoran and the Clone Syaoran‘
telah dijelaskan secara detail. Akan tetapi, keakhiran episode 3 malah
memberikan misteri baru. Yah, nantikan saja cerita selanjutnya…
Masalah OST… Opening theme-nya
bagus, berjudul Synchronicity yang dibawakan oleh Makino Yui; seiyuu
Sakura sendiri. Enak didengar, pada tayangan OVA tidak memunculkan
gambar character sama sekali. Yang dimunculkan malah diagram-diagram sihir. Sementara untuk ending theme-nya
dibawakan oleh Sakamoto Maaya; seiyuu Tomoyo-hime, yang berjudul Saigo
no Kajitsu. Menurutku biasa saja… meskipun tetap enak didengar dengan
tempo penyanyian yang slow and moderate…

【ART】 Q: Can I have commissions?
Sure! Just ask me to see my commissions status.
Q: What do you use to create art?
For traditional art, I use 0.5mm mechanical pencil, 0.05mm, 0.3mm and 0.5mm SNOWMAN Drawing Pen (I choose the waterproof one). For digital, I always use Paint Tool SAI and sometimes Photoshop to finish some details and effect, Genius MousePen i608X for lineart and coloring. But Sometimes I still use mouse to get some details.
Q: What sketchbook do you use?
Any brand of sketchbook with A5 size (sometimes I can't find my fav brand in bookstore, so from now it's depends what is in the bookstore...)

Synopsis :
Nura Rikuo adalah anak yang memiliki dua sisi, sisi manusia serta sisi
youkai. Nurarihyon, kakek dari Rikio yang juga pemimpin klan Nura
menginginkan Rikuo menjadi penerusnya . Tetapi untuk menjadi pemimpin
klan Nura, mau tidak mau Rikuo harus mengeluarkan sisi Youkai nya,
sedangkan Rikuo sendiri hanya ingin hidup normal sebagai manusia
sehingga dia menolak untuk menjadi penerus Nurarihyon.
Nura: Rise of The Yokai Clan
Rikuo Nura is part human and a quarter yōkai
(demon). Rikuo is able to turn into his yokai form only after the
sunsets when the moon is out, he turns back into his human self when
the sun rises. This happens because he is only a quarter yokai. He
lives in a house full of spirits along with his yōkai grandfather.
Trying to escape his fate of acting like a yōkai, he does good deeds in order to avoid becoming one, despite his grandfather's wish to succeed him as master of the Nura yōkai
clan. Rikuo is a different yokai because he helps humans. He eventually
comes to terms with his demon blood and decides to take up the position
of Young head of the Nura house. Multiple factions aim to stop him or
overtake his position, and he must gather friends and allies, a new Hyakki Yakō under his banner of "Fear".
Terminology :
Sakazuki(杯事) is the term used for a pledge of loyalty made over an exchange of wine or sake.
This pledge is taken very seriously, and is akin to a blood pledge,
linking fellow yōkai of different families. A 50-50 portion division
gives equal footing to both parties, and is considered a sakazuki of
sworn brothers. A 70-30 portion division is a pledge of fealty between
a boss and his subordinates, and requires a great amount of trust on
the part of both parties.
Ikigimo is a term for when a person's liver is taken out
while they are still alive. Many yōkai in Nurarihyon's time believed
that by ingesting the life force (i.e. liver) of infants,
priests/priestesses and imperial princesses, their strength would
increase.
Osore(畏,lit. "Fear")
is the term that denotes the unique skills and traits of each yōkai. It
refers to the "Fear" of the unknown, an emotional reaction produced
when the yōkai represent themselves as "monsters". It is especially
important for leaders who wish to draw together gangs of yōkai. There
are different types of "Fear" depending on the species of yōkai, such
as water or ice. It also plays an important role in battles between
yōkai, in which they must "scare one another".
Hatsu(鬼發,lit. "Manifestation")
is the first stage of activating "Fear", and is simply an attempt to
scare an opponent by exerting a frightening aura. Those affected by
"Manifestation" will experience an overwhelming sense of intimidation,
and depending on their opponent's skills, may hallucinate. This aura
produces a palpable wall of pressure in the atmosphere, and cutting
through this tension to reach the enemy is an important part of yōkai
combat.
Hyōi(鬼憑,lit. "Haunting")
is the second stage of activating "Fear" used in yōkai battles. It is
the process by which a yōkai materializes their "Fear" into an attack
that can harm their enemy by severing their "Manifestation". Yōkai can
produce a variety of attacks and techniques based on their type of
"Fear".
Matoi is a special technique allowing the leader of the
Hyakki Yakō to strengthen their "fear". This technique was created by
the Second Head of the Nura Clan, Rihan Nura, and will only work for a
leader who is part human. The explanation for this requirement is that
the leader must have a 'human heart' to be able to empathize or
'understand' his subordinates, in order to invoke Matoi. The
technique works by 'layering' or 'covering' the leader in his
subordinate's fear, which augments and strengthens his own power. The
leader literally 'wears' his subordinate, which also gives him access
to his subordinate's unique abilities (when Rikuo used Matoi with
Tsurara, his attacks gained the ability to freeze his targets). When
Matoi is invoked with a subordinate for the first time, a tattoo-like
marking appears on the leaders body, symbolizing the pact they have mad

shine to the cafe owner and her delicious cinnamon rolls, so he decided
to stay. And since his tail was plump and curled up like a cinnamon
roll, she decided to call him Cinnamoroll. Sweet little Cinnamoroll was
instantly popular with the customers, and soon became Cafe Cinnamon's
official mascot. Now when he's not napping

find Cinnamoroll flying around town looking for fun, new adventures with
his friends, Chiffon, Mocha,

All brown except for the white area around his
mouth, Cappucino is cute, loveable, and laidback. You can usually find
this little puppy curled up under a table taking a snooze.
Mocha
Mocha is the resident fashionista. She is always
looking out for the latest trends.
Espresso
The brains of the group, Espresso won first place
in the dog show.
Chiffon
Chiffon is the resident health nut and sports buff.
Don't try and challenge her to a race if you don't like to lose!
Milk
Milk, the baby of the bunch, has a tendency to be a
little spoiled. However, he looks up to Cinnamoroll and loves him very
much.
Kobato.(こばと。)
is a manga
series by Clamp which premiered in Monthly Sunday Gene-X in January 2005. Seven
chapters were released under the title of Kobato. (Kari)(こばと。(仮),Kobato. ("Temporary title")),
but the series was put on hiatus in late 2005. It returned to
publication in Newtype magazine's November 2007
Japanese edition; the story has subsequently been restarted at an
earlier point in the original timeline. The story features a mysterious
young girl, Kobato Hanato, who works in a local kindergarten.
The first volume of the manga was released by Kadokawa Shoten on
December 26, 2007.

Story ❤
Kobato is a sweet, perky, cute girl but also extremely naive about
the world around her. She has a "mission" to fill her mysterious bottle
with people's hearts she heals so her wish to go a certain place can be
granted. However, the restriction is that she is not allowed to fall in
love with any person whose heart she heals. As Kobato attempts to
fulfill her mission, she is accompanied by Ioryogi, a spirit in the form
of a dog plushie. Because Ioryogi is responsible for a punishment that
has been applied to him and his friends from the spiritual world, he
must guide Kobato and ensure that she succeeds her mission so he and his
friends might return to their true form.
A strange and naive girl with a kind heart, never wanting to see
someone suffer or get hurt. She is very innocent and dedicated. It is
also noted that she is a beautiful singer. Despite her role as the
titular character, she is a bit of an enigma within the series, as her
origins have yet to be explained. She seeks to heal the hearts of
others, resulting in the filling up of a mysterious bottle called a
"flask" with the suffering of those people's hearts so that someday she
will be able to go to a certain place that she really wants to go. It
has been implied that she came from another dimension. She seems to have
no memories of her past.
She has several restrictions: it appears to be that she cannot fall
in love with anyone she heals the heart of and she cannot tell anyone of
her wish. Curiously she is not allowed to take off her hat in public;
in the anime, due to the fact that she has a spiritual crown upon her
head which represents her death (no reason has yet been given in the
manga). Kobato has a very cheerful and enthusiastic outlook in life and
her wanting to aid others in need is very heartfelt and sincere.
However, she can also be clumsy, rather clueless, and rash with her
actions, and often trips over her own feet, much to Ioryogi's annoyance.
Currently she works as an assistant alongside Fujimoto at the Yomogi
Nursery run by Sayaka. Kobato struggles through the series with her
feelings for Fujimoto and comes to realizes that she is in love with
him. Unfortunately, Kobato is forced to pick between two options -
complete her wish and never be with Fujimoto or stay with Fujimoto,
keeping Ioryogi and the others trapped in animal form.
At the conclusion of the anime, it is revealed that Kobato's hat
conceals a crown-shaped mark above her head indicating that she is dead,
but is in a liminal state where she is not alive either. When she
finally fulfils her task to fill the flask, she is reborn without any
memories of her past life until she meets Fujimoto again several years
later.
In the manga, it is revealed that Kobato had died due to the war
caused by Ioryogi and the gods. The angel Ioryogi fell in love with and
felt pity for the girl who died before her time was up and transferred
her soul into Kobato, being able to since they both have the same soul
but belong to different worlds. The time limit Kobato has is the time
before the angel disappears.
Kobato's companion, who appears as a stuffed toy dog that she
carries around. He's actually very foul-mouthed, short-tempered, and
cruel, his features twisting horrifically when aggravated or enraged. He
tends to scathingly criticize or hit Kobato for her naïveté and
stupidity and often calls her "Dobato" (lit. Stupid Dove). Despite the
lack of respect he shows Kobato, he will always acknowledge her efforts
when he feels she deserves it, and seems to be set on helping Kobato
achieve her goal. He is harsh to her and scolds her constantly but is
seen to really care for her and comforts her in his own way when she is
down, such as patting her head to encourage her. His real name is
"Iorogi," but has forced to respond to Ioryogi only because Kobato has
been unable to pronounce his name correctly. Ioryogi was originally Tsubaki
Nekoi's mascot, Iorogi, on Clamp's self caricatures.
His origin is still unknown (in the anime he comes from the Spirit
Realm), but he can produce a powerful fiery blast from his mouth when
offended, like when he protected Kobato from the perverted old man in an
early chapter of Kobato, though he also often uses it on Kobato
whenever she messes up. It has been heavily implied that his stuffed
animal appearance is not his true form. Ioryogi's true form has yet to
be revealed but several 'shadows' of his original form have been seen.
One being that of a sinister, large, wolf like creature with horns,
which manifested during one of Ioryogi's sparring matches with Ginsei.
Another form appears to be a man with spiky hair and a long, battered
looking cape or coat, manifesting when he watched over a sleeping
Kobato. It is implied that Ioryogi's current form is a 'punishment' from
causing some sort of serious trouble back in 'Heaven'. In the anime,
it's mentioned that his punishment was for attempting to start a war
with Heaven. The exact reason is still not clear but Ioryogi started the
war for love. Being from the other world royal family, he was rude and
careless and skipped an important meeting where the three worlds were
meeting. He met an angel sitting in a tree and helped her out when she
fell. In return, she sang for him a song so sweet, he instantly fell in
love. The manga has revealed that Kobato and Ioryogi's angel share the
same soul because they are the same person belonging to two different
worlds. When Kobato died, Ioryogi's angel used her power to bring her
back to life. However, as a result, the angel will not be able to
reincarnate. Ioryogi begged God to help him bring back his angel and
came to an agreement: if "Kobato" is able to fill her flask with wounded
hearts, then Kobato and the angel can live. If not, he would lose them
both forever.
A blunt, sarcastic young man working at the same kindergarten as
Kobato. He is also Kobato's neighbor, living in the same complex under
the ownership of Chitose. He has known Sayaka for many years and appears
to care deeply for her, showing much concern over and being defensive
of her. Upon first meeting Kobato, he is rather unkind and cold to her
but eventually comes to accept her. He often shuts Kobato down but he
also comes to respect her dedication and optimistic attitude. Kobato
notes that he appears to be hiding some emotional pain of his own. In
the conclusion of the anime series, when Kobato regains her memories of
him years later, Fujimoto remarks, "You've kept me waiting so many
years," after which he embraces Kobato.
As a child, Fujimoto was an orphan taken in by Sayaka's father and
did not get along with his peers. He had been studying to become a
lawyer, but stopped going to his college classes when it became apparent
Sayaka's need for help had become increasingly desperate. He works at
various part-time jobs throughout the day in order to help support the
kindergarten, as he is attached to Sayaka and feels indebted to her
family for taking care of him in his youth.
The teacher and principal of Yomogi Nursery, a local kindergarten
where Kobato works. She has known Kiyokazu since he was seven, which is
when her family adopted him. She also went to the same high school as
Chitose. She is a kind and trusting person, willing to let Kobato assist
her at the school even with Fujimoto's obvious mistrust of her. Upon
meeting Sayaka, Kobato wishes to heal the apparent emotional pain in her
heart. Sayaka is in debt due to an event in the past involving her
father; in spite of this she continues to try her best at keeping the
school going. Sayaka was once married to Okiura, the debt collector who
frequently pesters her to close down the school. Despite having already
divorced him, she has yet to change back her last name for unknown
reasons.
The kind and generous landlady of Kobato's apartment and Sayaka's
old classmate. She is married and has twin daughters, Chise and Chiho.
Fujimoto also lives in Chitose's apartment complex. She is a cross-over
character from Chobits but not the same person, as the
dimensional theorem of xxxHOLiC.
Chiho Mihara(三原 千帆,Mihara Chiho)
and Chise Mihara(三原 千世,Mihara Chise)
Mihara Chitose's twin daughters, presumably age 11-12. Like their
mother, they are crossover characters from Chobits,
known in that series as Freya and Chī/Elda. In Kobato, they are
normal girls and live with their mother and father. Like many children
in the series, they are apparently very fond of Kobato. In the anime,
while the two had helped Kobato find an owner for an abandoned kitten,
the two had begun to remember how lonely they were. Kobato sings a song
to cheer them up, and their hearts are healed.
A debt collector who appears at the end of the fifth chapter, a man
who has some association with Yakuza. He
is noted in the series for smiling a lot and smoking. Okiura appears to
be responsible for the constant impending closure of Sayaka's
kindergarten and is also Sayaka's ex-husband. He seems to enjoy
pestering and aggravating Fujimoto, the latter whom despises him for
hurting Sayaka in the past. He seems to have developed an interest in
Kobato following his first meeting with her. Despite his cheerful and
collected nature, he has shown hints of a slightly more sinister side,
possibly due to his Yakuza background. Okiura seems to show what may or
may not be some genuine concern for Sayaka, despite his continuous
threats to close down the school. His given name has yet to be revealed
in the manga, though is given as "Kazuto" in an article pertaining to
the Kobato anime.
A mysterious creature who wears an eyepatch whom shares a history
with Ioryogi, though he now appears to be on poor terms with him, and
often challenges him to fights. Ginsei also has frequently stated that
Ioryogi's current form is not his true form and also seems to be aware
of Kobato's mission. He does not think highly of Kobato or Ioryogi's
relationship with Kobato. It is implied that he wants Ioryogi to return
to 'Heaven' for unknown reasons, as it was Ioryogi who took Ginsei in
and trained him. In fact, it has been mentioned that Ioryogi was the one
who gave Ginsei his name. Ginsei's appearance, like Ioryogi's, is
implied to not be his actual form as when he stands atop a building
overlooking Ioryogi and Kobato's apartment, his shadow is that of a
young man with short hair. He is from the other world.
Ioryogi's acquaintance. A bear that runs a baumkuchen
(European cake) shop in the middle of the woods in another dimension.
One has to walk through the narrow space between the wall and a specific
street light pole in order to have access to that dimension. Like
Ioryogi, his current name, form and job are not his real ones. By
Ioryogi's request, Genko will use his information-gathering skills to
find out the whereabouts of Yomogi Nursery School and its employees.
Ginsei reveals that Genko is an aristocrat from the other world.
A friend of Fujimoto, a polite young man. He has been friends with
Fujimoto since middle school and has been concerned that Fujimoto has
dropped out of college in order to help Yomogi Kindergarten.
Hiroyasu Ueda(植田 弘康,Ueda Hiroyasu)
A kindhearted baker and owner of the Tirol Confectionery (also known
as the Chiroru Bakery). He gives Kobato a job at Christmas and gives
Sayaka free chocolate on Valentine's Day when he notices how fixated she
seems on the box of chocolate she is holding. He makes several short
appearances in the Newtype installment of the manga. He and his
assistant, Yumi Ōmura(大村 裕美,Ōmura Yumi),
are both crossover characters from Chobits
堀 镡 (Horitsuba?), short for 私立 堀 镡 学園 (Shiritsu Horitsuba Gakuen?), Horitsuba Private High School, it's a series of Drama CDs released in the annex of the Shonen Magazine and Young Magazine since 2006.
Before having an Anime version, some mangas have
"Drama CDs". In these, they might tell the story of the manga itself or
secondary/independent stories. In Tsubasa ~RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE's case, it's different since there is no drama of the manga itself, but of the Horitsuba Gakuen (Horitsuba Private Institute), a sort of alternate universe to
both Tsubasa ~RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE~ and xxxHOLiC (hence the name:
Horitsuba, formed by parts of the phonetics of the series' names,
HORIkku and TSUBAsa), where the characters of both series appear in the
quiet and peaceful Horitsuba Private Institute.
Horitsuba, up until the moment, includes four Drama CDs, a little
omake appeared in the "Internet Radio Magazine" three omakes in a
special number of Shounen Magazine (Magazine SPECIAL). With an original
script by Ageha Ohkawa, the CDs were sold only with the Shônen Magazine
or the Young Magazine (they cannot be found on stores). The seiyuus are
the same (since there already were anime of both series), but the music
is totally independent to its animes.
The Horitsuba Gakuen saga narrates an independent story compared
to TRC and Holic. Situated in a private campus like the "CLAMP Campus"
where there was study centers for all ages (from preschool through
college), and even leisure and services. Among the thousand students
it's housing, we find Syaoran (an exchange student), Sakura, Watanuki,
Domeki, Himawari and both Mokonas.
The teachers are Fye, as a chemistry teacher, Kurogane as a gym teacher, and Yuko as a literature teacher (also the director).
Tsubasa Tokyo Revelation adalah OVA dari
anime Tsubasa Chronicle. OVA ini rilis pada november 2007 sampai maret
2008 yang berjumlah 3 episode. Jadi, mungkin ini masih bisa dibilang
baru sih… OVA ini diproduksi oleh Production I.G. dengan durasi kurang
lebih 25 menit setiap episode, dengan judul; Majutsushi no Dengon,
Shounen no Migime, Hime-gimi no Mita Yume. Cerita OVA-nya dimulai dari
kedatangan mereka ke Tokyo arc. setelah kabur dari Record
country, walaupun ceritanya agak dirubah sedikit (mitai da ne…) Karena
OVA adalah video animasi yang tidak ditayangkan dilayar kaca or layar
lebar, jadi aku juga nonton via youtube
Ceritanya gimana? Hmmm…. (Ga kuceritain semuanya, ya… ntar jadi spoiler)
Syaoran-tachi tiba ke Tokyo arc. dengan Sakura yang sedang tertidur pulas. Tokyo arc.
adalah negara yang hancur karena bencana hujan asam yang menghujani
negara ini. Begitu Syaoran-tachi datang disana, hujan asam pun turun
menghujani mereka. Mereka terpaksa berlindung dan mencari tempat yang
aman dari hujan asam tersebut. Akhirnya mereka menemukan gedung besar
yang tidak terkena destructive dari hujan asam tersebut…
Mokona merasakan kehadiran gelombang sayap Sakura dibawah gedung
tersebut dan akhirnya, Syaoran bukan hanya berteduh sebentar dipinggur
bangunan itu, akan tetapi berniat untuk menyelidiki gedung itu lebih
lanjut.
Begitu Syaoran masuk kedalam bangunan
tersebut, tiba-tiba dia diserang gerombolan berjubah hitam yang
kelihatannya pemilik bangunan ini. Syaoran dituduh sebagai ‘pencuri’.
Dengan kekacauan itu, Syaoran terpaksa bersusah-susah menghindar, but unfortunately, kaki Syaoran terluka akibat tembakan panah mereka. Yang menembak Syaoran adalah Kamui, pemimpin grup tersebut (crossover with X anime).
Dengan bantuan Kurogane, Syaoran berhasil diselamatkan dan grup Kamui
mengizinkan Syaoran-tachi menginap disana karena mengetahui tujuan
Syaoran yang sebenarnya.
Karena merasa berhutang budi, Syaoran
dan Fay membantu mereka untuk membunuh mutan. Mutan adalah hewan hasil
experimen yang beracun, tapi karena keterbatasan air dan makanan yang
ada disana, mereka memanfaatkan Mutan tersebut menjadi makanan
sehari-hari. Ditengah-tengah pemusnahan Mutan, Kamui bertemu dengan
Fuuma (crossover with X anime), satu-satunya lelaki yang bisa
bertarung dengan Kamui. Terjadi sedikit pertarungan disana, tapi
dihentikan Kamui dan berbalik ingin menembaki kepala Syaoran dengan
panah karena Syaoran ketahuan ingin memasuki bawah tanah bangunan
tersebut. Disana ada persediaan air yang menyelamatkan seluruh anggota
grup Kamui. Dengan penjelasan Fay dan Mokona, Kamui pun tidak terlalu
menanggapi persoalan tersebut dan gantinya mengajak mereka semua
pulang..
DI tempat penginapan, Kurogane yang
menjaga Sakura menyadari kalau Sakura tidak bernafas. Seorang anggota
Kamui mengatakan bahwa Sakura yang berada dengan Kurogane bukanlah
Sakura yang asli. Sakura yang asli berada dibawah bangunan yang sedang
mereka tempati sekarang ini. Syaoran pun memasuki ruang bawah tanah dan
menemui Kamui disana. Kamui marah karena Syaoran menceburkan diri
kedalam air dan bertarung didalam air. Disanalah terdapat Sakura yang
asli yang sedang tertidur. Sakura yang tertidur dibangunkan oleh Subaru
(crossover with X anime), dan didalam tidurnya, Sakura mendapatkan sehelai bulu sayapnya.
Well, itu belumlah puncak klimaks dari
anime ini. Di dunia yang terdapat Fei Wong Reed, Syaoran asli terbangun
dan keluar dari tabung clone-nya. Xing Huo menawarkan bantuan agar the Real Syaoran pergi menemui Yuuko Ichihara untuk meminta bantuan. The Real Syaoran meminta agar ia pergi ketempat dimana mata kanannya berada, dan akhirnya The Real Syaoran sampai ke Tokyo arc. Sementara itu, mata kanan the Clone Syaoran menghilang dan berubah menjadi lingkaran yin-yan. Fay yang ikut menceburkan diri pun mencegah hal tersebut, but… sihir Fay tidak membuahkan hasil. The Clone Syaoran pun menjadi manusia yang tidak berkeprimanusian…

Cerita OVA ini sedikit berbeda dengan anime-nya… cerita Tsubasa Tokyo
Revelation sudah menjadi sangat serius dan telah berkembang jauh…
Mungkin, ceritanya sudah dicampur adukkan dengan cerita manganya
sendiri. Entah mengapa, artwork OVA ini menggambarkan Sakura
dan Syaoran menjadi lebih dewasa. Di OVA ini juga sering memunculkan
adegan berdarah, walaupun itu adalah point terbaik untuk kekompleksan
ceritanya. Pada Tsubasa Tokyo Revelation, misteri ‘siapakah the Real Syaoran and the Clone Syaoran‘
telah dijelaskan secara detail. Akan tetapi, keakhiran episode 3 malah
memberikan misteri baru. Yah, nantikan saja cerita selanjutnya…
Masalah OST… Opening theme-nya
bagus, berjudul Synchronicity yang dibawakan oleh Makino Yui; seiyuu
Sakura sendiri. Enak didengar, pada tayangan OVA tidak memunculkan
gambar character sama sekali. Yang dimunculkan malah diagram-diagram sihir. Sementara untuk ending theme-nya
dibawakan oleh Sakamoto Maaya; seiyuu Tomoyo-hime, yang berjudul Saigo
no Kajitsu. Menurutku biasa saja… meskipun tetap enak didengar dengan
tempo penyanyian yang slow and moderate…
